Sean Kennedy new manager of St. John's

St. John's G.A.A. Club welcomes Sean Kennedy

Sean Kennedy was a member of the successful Mohill Minor Team that won the treble in 98, 99 & 2000.   He began his managerial career just three years later at the tender age of 21 taking over the Mohill Minors from 2003-2005.   The following year Sean was  selector /trainer on the successful Mohill  team that won the Leitrim Senior Championship in 2006.  He spent a further 3 years gaining great experience with  St. Michael’s in Roscommon before returning to Mohill and managing the Senior side  between 2012-14.  Mohill reached the County Senior final in 2013 but lost out to St. Mary's Kiltoghert

The 33 y.o. is a Sales Manager with Nicholl Oils and I am sure he will be hoping to fuel St. John's engines and having them firing on all cylinders over the championship season.
