St. John’s Club Notes:
Congratulations to the Sligo U-16’s who captured the Fr. Manning Cup
with the win over Offaly. St. John’s were represented by Cathal Jordan &
Conor McGovern.
Hard luck to the Sligo team and management last weekend. St. John’s
Charlie Harrison & David Rooney kept the flags flying for us in Tullamore
last weekend.
Next Club lotto draw is on in the Crozon Inn on Saturday August 2nd
in the Crozon Inn. The Jackpot is standing at €7700. Tickets are €2 or book of
3 for €5 and can be had from local outlets. Your support will be appreciated.
The club passed a vote of sympathy with Willie O’Grady on the death of
his Mother Mary Kate O’Grady R.I.P. recently.
